Project „AlphaLink“
3D visualization of dockable drones. Up to 10 single aircraft connect themselves via flexible joints during flight mode. AlphaLink is the first HAP with a modular approach avoiding an extreme continuous wing and, hence, preventing aerodynamical problems. Because the joints do not transmit any bending moments, the structural loads along the total wingspan are reduced. Due to its innovative concept, it faces no flight risks or accidents during operation or during takeoff and landing.
